We used the pool which was beautifully clean - sauna, etc no longer functional but these weren't promised. This hotel is old style but great value for money and the staff were terrific.”

“I was really impressed with the facilities, accommodation and food at this hotel and the value for money. Large room even though only a single, the location of the hotel over looks the sea, and is easy to get to the beach via the cliff lift. I had the swimming pool to myself one morning. The food was excellently cooked, and good portion sizes, and plenty of choice. There was entertainment each evening although I didn't go to it, and indoor bowls, and a snooker room. I had come via public transport, and it was easy to walk to the local high street, beach, bus stop and lovely coastal walks. Plenty to do both inside and outside the hotel. I will come again.”
“I love the island, so much to see and do, or just to relax near the seafront. Hotel was very accommodating, staff excellent. Room was huge, bathroom a little dated but the room was comfortable and very clean.”
