“Very few people speak English in Russia. There was one receptionist at the hotel, Sofia, who did speak English. She went out of her way to make sure things were taken care of for us. We asked about taking a day trip. She made multiple calls and had everything set up for us within 30 minutes. We wanted to go to a spa. They had appointments booked and a taxi outside within 30 minutes. The rest of the Russian speaking staff was also very helpful. We used a lot of google translate and they did the best they could. In a country not know for their hospitality, this hotel went above and beyond to make sure things were perfect for us. Great value for the price. Our room and bathroom looked like they were newly renovated. Very close to the train station. Breakfast was good. Adequate for the money. Also went to the salon on the 2nd floor to have my hair washed, dried and styled. Cost $6.50 including a tip.”

“We arrived at 4 in the morning and we were in contakt before that, so it was no problem . the room was nice, clean and hat a TV and a fridge. The breakfast was fantastic, the best we had so far in russia. And also the service was nice, they Helped us a lot with all the problems we had.”
“Hotel is great, clean and close to Railway station (3 min walking).. The stuff was amazing, they bought us tickets to Mongolia on trust, without any money, we give them latter of course. They helped us with excursions, and with all other things.. Rooms are nice, clean and with hot water all the time. Really reccommanded”
