“Le camere sono molto belle e spaziose. Il personale è molto gentile ma un po' inesperto. Alla sera il ragazzo ci ha detto che la colazione iniziava alle 6,30 invece la mattina l altro ragazzo ci ha detto che era alle 7,00 per cui ci siamo alzati inutilmente presto. Quando siamo arrivati nella camera la televisione non funzionava e ci ha cambiato la camera dopo ripetute prove con vari telecomandi. Quando gli ho chiesto se c'era acqua calda prima ha detto che doveva accenderla poi che alla mattina si era rotto l'impianto. Mancanza di indicazioni per andare a vedere le balene e per ristoranti vicino”
