“Exceptional service standards and staff. The consierge, housekeeping and waiting staff were the best we have encountered in India. It was my partner’s birthday and the hotel went to the effort of bringing a complimentary bottle of champagne and birthday cake to the room and each member of staff wished her a great day throughout the stay. The view from the restaurant and bar is the best in Fort Cochin and the pool was secluded and tranquil. A fantastic hotel experience.”

We used the restaurant for breakfast where a choice of continental/indian breakfast à la carte is available. The view from there is very beautiful. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool one afternoon.”
