“This is a new hotel and is therefore (naturally) in excellent condition. The room (executive suite) was nice and spacious and had all the necessary facilities (air conditioning, fridge, hairdryer etc). The location is also good, on a quiet road away from the hussle and bustle of many hotels, where you might not get the best nights sleep. Staff are helpful and the room was always cleaned and ready on time. Finally, in light of the above and the deals that can be secured in booking this hotel, the hotel was excellent value for money.”

“Don't know what went into the hiring of your staff, right from the airport, Driver by Name Natraj was simply good at his Job. Then on arrival i met with Lekhant Thapa who welcomed me to the front desk and introduced me to Rahul Loma and Vernon Dias. The reception was really an amazing experience given the fact that i had traveled alone. I was booked to a room on the seventh floor and the cleanliness was fantastic. I enquired to know who the cleaner was and found out to be by name Shubham but seldom saw him as he was always at his job and timely in the execution of his duty. I nearly forgot about my mission to Dubai when i met with the Director of Sales at the reception. My interaction with the hotel team will compel me to recommend anyone traveling from Ghana to patronize Omega Hotel. It has been really a wonderful experience. Kudos to the management team and all.
