I thought the pool was designed with all skills in mind and the bathrooms/changing area safe and clean. Emily was our front desk assistant. She was very friendly and answered all my questions (email and direct) promptly and professionally. My wife and I will definitely stay at the Oriel in Ballincollig again the next we go to Cork.”
