“I love to stay at the hotel and every time when travelling to Singapore I chose park Royal as the the 1st choice. However during this visit I had a very bad experience where 2 of the front office staff were arrogant to me and my team members when seeking for help on a challenge having with booking.com reservation. Thamo was the front office staff who started the issue and when seeking assistance from the duty manger Ella, she just ignored my point and continued to speak to me arrogantly. Even when mentioned I will put a formal complain, she did not bother but mentioned she doesn't care about it. This was the first time I came across such service and it was really embarrassing to me as I recommended my friends to stay with me. Would appreciate the management taking this complain seriously and do what is required to correct it or get them to formally send an apology.”
