“The hotel is of a Victorian style with many pieces of furniture from the era still in use. Our room had been recently renovated, the bed was perfect, the bathroom was modern and it was very clean. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful with most questions. The hotel is situated perfectly in the centre of the promenade and we had a beautiful sea view room.”

“The location was excellent for the key tourist areas with guest access to the beach. The staff were very helpful. It isn't a modern hotel but has a charm which we liked and is reputably one of the best hotels in viareggio which we can believe also that it deserves it's 4 star rating which which many don't nowadays. The breakfasts were excellent as I believe the whole dining experience would be.”
