“The room was very large, comfortable and very well decorated. The location was perfect for walking to the aqueduct as well as the Alcazar and Cathedral. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions as well as accommodating when we asked to borrow a wine opener. The room was probably the largest I've stayed in in Europe which was such a pleasant surprise after a long day of travel. We were right above the front entrance with a balcony view that was to die for. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our short visit to Segovia. Will definitely recommend!”
