Absolutely nothing was too much trouble - we would say for service , this hotel could be a role model ! We had a junior suite . The room was a bit small due to the shape of the property but very comfortable indeed . The lighting was confusing at first with so many different lights everywhere, but it would have been easy had I read the instructions first !! The gourmet restaurant was outstanding - one of the best meals we have had in Italy . Highly recommended and with many freebies from the chef . We would highly recommend this hotel - nobody could be disappointed!!”
