“Not much. The male staff member who mans the front desk has an appalling attitude. He yelled and argued with us during check in. My husband had to ask him to stop yelling at me. He wanted payment immediately when we wanted to freshen up after a long motorcycle ride in the heat. He refused to give us the A/C remote initially. I can only imagine that he must be related to either the owner or manager because he does not deserve the job he has. He continued his surly behaviour throughout our entire stay. We did consider extending but instead chose to move hotels primarily because of his bad behaviour.”
