“The room was very large and comfortable and we were upgraded to a suite for free. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range to suit all tastes. The staff were very friendly and provided a lot of information during check in regarding Cinque Terre and the surrounding area. The hotel was in a good location, not far from the town and could be walked to quite easily (although it is a steep climb). They also provide shuttle buses if you don't fancy the walk. The train station was about 5 minutes walk away which makes it easy to get to the Cinque Terre villages.”

“This is our pick of the area. Forget the crowded Cinque Terre: stay here. These guys really know how to look after you. It's the personal touches - drinks by the pool, the library room, a massage after a day of hiking, and let's not forget the shuttle bus which runs to and from town making dinner easy. Travel by boat or train to explore the cinque terre by day but come home to park hotel argento.”
