Everything from food in the Bloom restaurant which is superb, the room is Excellent and the best point, the service is exceptional in everyway, nothing is a problem. “I forgot some important documents at the previous hotel the staff at the hotel was very! helpful and actually helped me sort out the situation... they eventually cashed out money from the hotels cashier in order to pay a taxi driver that brought the documents and couldn't accept credit card. excellent and non standard service. many thanks to Martina Miciecki , Julaine Oehlr and Sandra”
