Important Notice
- Please note that breakfast is free of charge for children up and including the age of 2. Children between 3 and 11 years old receive a 50% discount on breakfast. From 12 years on the breakfast price is equal to that of an adult.<br><br>Please note that children up to 2 years old can stay in a baby cot or in existing bedding. Please note that this is based upon availability and needs to be requested.<br>Children from 3 years old need to stay in extra bedding, based upon availability and room type.<br>Children up to 11 years old can stay free of charge, from 12 years on the full amount is applicable. Only the Junior Suite offers space for an extra bed upon request.<br><br>Reservations for children between 0 and 12 years can only be booked in a Triple Room / Junior Suite.<br><br>Please note that the security deposit is €50,- per night if paid with credit card. When paid by cash it is €100,- per night. Payment of the deposit needs to be done upon check-in. This amount will be refunded upon check-out provided that no damages are made.<br><br>Please note that if guests would like to book breakfast after booking their reservation, breakfast will cost EUR 23.50 per person per day.<br><br>Please note that bike rentals are available for EUR 16 for the first day. Each following day it is EUR 13.

“Excellent location, and really good customer service. The prices were super reasonable as well. We had a canal facing room, which was really cool for the view, but was a bit noisy at night due to the traffic. I'll take earplugs if we go again.”
