“It was very disappointing to findout at the hotel one has to pay for parking. Which is not stipulated in the ads. Staff was very unprofessional, after I paid for the parking ticket, went inside to collect change from the reception. They didn't have change and the lady in the reception told me to go and fetch the change from the lady in the kitchen. That was rude and disregard of guest hospitality. She should have collected the change for me. I called day one for an iron , I received a story about not having an ironing board.”
