“Staff is exceptionally friendly and culturally very diverse. They go out of their way to make reasonable wishes a reality. The rooms are spacious enough even in the Standard category (also stayed in Executive before). It's possible to work inside the room for a day without getting depressed, since they have very luminescent and warm lights. Enough electric plugs are available at intelligent places (unlike the Sheraton, for example). The vegetarian burger dish is extremely tasty!”

“Situated in a quiet area close to the zoo. Very modern bathroom and decor and the room and bed very comfortable with very little exterior noise. The swimming pool was warm and relaxing with a small gym and sauna and steam room. The reception staff were all very friendly and efficient however the highlight was the breakfast which was fabulous and catered for all tastes with an excellent hot and cold selection each day including interesting teas and even gluten free bread for my friend. We did not eat dinner there but the menu looked good and the bar area was comfy and again great staff.”

“Nice, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The location near to the Tiergarten is good. The pool and steam/sauna room were a pleasant bonus. Easy for transport (bus or taxis) in to the centre. Ate in the restaurant one night - burgers are good!”
