“As everyone has mentioned, the owners, May as well as the non English speaking staff, are great hosts, very helpful and willing to assist. We had originally booked 3 nights, but given that we didn't like the Chalong area, which is very noisy with road traffic, we decided to only stay 1 night and move to Khao Lak. May was very helpful and willing to cancel the additional nights without a charge. Thank you May! We also enjoyed the food at the hotel, except breakfast. I think adding a fruit option for breakfast would be great for vegans.”
“The hotel is a family run business and the staff are very welcoming and helpful particularly the owners daughter who is usually on the front office. My room was very comfortable and kept very clean daily. The food in the restaurant was quite limited but all the meals I had there were excellent.”
“Amazing and accommodating staff, 24 hour Thai food was fantastic, pool was beautiful. If you are training Muay Thai or CrossFit it is a 5 minute walk from Soi Tai Eid.”
“Nice spacious rooms, great location if you are attending a muay thai/fitness camp. Staff go above and beyond to assist their guests. Nice amenities, bikes for hike, excellent driver that works for the hotel. Food in the hotel is nice and reasonably priced.”
“Upon arrival the hotel concierge greeted us so warmly. She made the process very simple & was very helpful situating us. She offered us dinner and I must say it was delicious! Everything about this hotel was perfect. The friendly staff so willing to help & serve. The entire place was super clean! It's a bit always from Phuket airport but closer to the rassada pier so it was just the right location for us.”

“Excellent stay. Good tasty breakfast. 24 hours open restaurant helped us in a great way as we reached to the place almost at midnight. The swimming pool set up was cool but could not use this facility as we had other plans on our 3 days of trip.”
