The waiting time is approximately 15-minutes. The pick-up location will be at GATE 4 of the Arrival Hall (2nd Floor). “Nice facility with friendly staff. They really went out of their way to ensure my brief stay was enjoyable.”
“Clean and tidy hotel well run by excellent staff. Close to airport!! Drivers both good and polite. Shampoo/soap/bath gel/tooth brush/towels/dressing gowns/coffee/Ovaltine/water/etc/etc,all provided for FREE!! Shower hot and air con cold! TV very good with plenty of channels to watch! Rooms clean and nicely decorated! Plenty of glasses and cups provided and even a jug to boil water which was great. Staff friendly and always there for you. cctv on each floor! Good wardrobes and storage units. 7/11 next door!!!!! Several outside food vendors selling pork sausages/chicken/noodles etc outside hotel! Pizza place on main road delivers food to hotel and quite nice pizzas too! Heavy bags kept in storage area. Bags carried upstairs for guests by drivers and staff(tip them guys)!! Lovely soft beds and pillows...rare in Thailand!!!”

“Stayed here before flying out of BKK before, the free shuttle to the airport on the day you’re flying is most appreciated, as are the conveniences supplied to avoid unpacking half your case when you’re traveling the next day (shampoo, toothbrush, etc). Taxi from BKK only cost about 200baht which wasn’t bad at all. (Tip: stand in the public taxi queue for a short trip.) Reasonably priced and handy for next-day flying. ”
