“We were completely satisfied with our accommodations, the staff was very helpful and friendly. When we booked, we needed 2 queens and upon arrival was set up in a king, there were 4 adults, so we were offered a suite, which was perfect for our needs. The inside smelled wonderful, and appreciated the use of glasses in the cabinet.”
“Staff was very friendly. Room was large and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, except my husband likes black tea and they didn't have any, response to bonus question. Thanks!”
“The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. Made us feel very welcome. Even at checkout!”
“The staff was very nice. The breakfast was decent. The room was clean and a good size, including the bath room. There was plenty of hot water.”
“Well located, friendly staff, good breakfast which we weren't expecting and the room was big and well appointed”
“Friendly, efficient staff. Clean, mostly comfortable rooms. Convenient parking.”
“It was quiet and very comfy. Clean well equipped and easy to find. There was a lot to like.”
“Great location and value. Breakfast was good except you had to heat up the biscuits in the microwave. Would definitely come back.”
“Very clean, pool was pristine. Had breakfast, we slept late and didn't partake, but it certainly smelled good as they were clearing it away. Bed was comfortable, very little noise from outside the room, didn't hear anyone in the neighboring rooms.”
“The location is good for those not wanting to stay in Memphis proper. It is inviting, fronting a neighborhood where you can get in a morning run. Quiet! Our building has security access doors and interior hallways. Old style wall air conditioning, but it does the job. The power went out late in the evening while we were there due to a huge storm passing though, but it was back on the following morning. There's a bar down the road called "The Haystack." Don't let the outside fool you. The breakfast is awesome, and all the locals know it. There's also a little restaurant next to the hotel. It was decently packed for a holiday weekend evening. If you're in the mood for a name restaurant, just head up north to Millington, about 10 minutes away. They have several chain eateries and some local standouts - Huey's and Olympic Steakhouse. There's also a Wal-Mart, if you forgot to pack whatever.”
