“We had a wonderful & pleasant stay at Playa Azul, as soon as we arrived, staff welcomed us with warm welcome & greetings. Very friendly and accodomating. They also offered us complimentary fruit tastings. Clean and modern room & amenities, food is delicious. Our personal favorite was the seafood pasta & fries. Also the check in & check out was fast as I booked it online. Thanks Playa Azul!”

“Friendly staff but needs training. As a hotelier before , they need to be trained on how to anticipate guest needs. 2 receptionists handled my booking which could be handled by one. Waiter has to be called for give service.”

“Staff were all sincerely warm and accommodating and very helpful. The facilities were generally tidy. I like the white crisp linen and comfy bed. I didn't mind the extra pay for the ocean view - well worth it. The food they served were tasty and of serving size worth my money.”
