Important Notice
- Children's discounts depend on proof of age, which is required on arrival. Some form of photographic identification is necessary, such as a passport.<br><br>The Acquaplaya health and beauty centre is open only to adults, except for the special family hours from 10:00 until 11:30. The centre is openTuesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00 and<br>Wednesday, Friday, and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.<br><br>One child up to 14 years old can stay for free when sharing a room with one adult in a single room and 2 adults in a double.<br><br>Please note that gentlemen must wear long trousers at dinner.<br><br>The hotel accepts pets up to 15 kg.<br><br>For non-refundable reservations, you must confirm your credit card details via a secure link. Playasol Spa Hotel will send you the link by email after you have made a reservation.<br><br>Please note that children between 4 and 15 years old can only use the spa facilities from 12:00 to 14:00, always accompanied by an adult. Children under 4 years old are not allowed in the spa.<br><br>Please note that the gym opens during July and August.

“Hospitality was excellent with nice little touches e.g. Bed sheets turned down at night and chocolates left on the bed, bottle of water on checking out for the journey to the airport. I don't know if this is applicable for all rooms as we stayed in a junior suite. A wide range of breakfasts were available which was fantastic. Excellent location on the beach front, 5 minutes from bars, restaurants etc. A small resort so probably not suitable for youngsters. Spotlessly clean, inside and out. Family friendly - kids club and teen club. Mini golf, table tennis, water slides. Entertainment during the day - games, parrot show, birds of prey. All in all, thouroughly enjoyed it.”

“Мне понравилось качество сервиса, при этом он не был навязчивым. На завтрак - шампанское! Отличная территория! Пляж в минуте ходьбы от отеля! Интернетом можно пользоваться в холле отеля, а можно и купить на 7-14 и тд дней. Для работы удобно.”
