“En primer lugar, darle las gracias a su dueña, Olga, por abrirnos las puertas de su casa, una maravilla. Que trato tan agradable y fantástico. Estuvimos como en casa. La Posada se encuentra en la Merindad burgalesa de Sotoscueva, muy cerca de la increíble Ojo Guareña y de pueblos tan importantes históricamente como Espinosa de los Monteros. Por lo tanto ubicación 10, pero igualmente se goza de una tranquilidad maravillosa. En cuanto al alojamiento decir que todo está cuidado al más mínimo detalle: limpieza, comodidad y decoración. Y por supuesto decir que tanto la cena, que sirve por encargo, como el desayuno es de lo mejor que hemos podido probar en muchos años: todo natural, recogido de su propio huerto, elaborado por ella misma o por los vecinos de los aledaños (mantequillas, panes, miel, mermeladas, etc.). De verdad, un lujo en estos tiempos que corren haber podido estar alojado en esta Posada. Repetiremos sin duda. Los recomendamos sin duda.”
