“A lovely warm welcome, hosts were very friendly and speak some English. Lady host helped to carry our bags to our rooms and gave us a tour of the hotel. Quiet location, parking available along side of hotel. Village renowned for textile making and wool. Building conversion but they have kept it's charm and character. The Spanish eat late, the restaurant opened at 9pm. We were quite hungry and found a local bar, drinks were very cheap and were given tapas, host spoke good English. The hotel restaurant is in the Michelin guide,not huge portions but delicious and beautifully presented. Whole meal and bottle of albarino was about 60 euros The room was above the restaurant but very quiet and I slept well, wifi worked well. Room was very clean, hairdryer and nice toiletries. Breakfast is later in this part of Spain, we ate at 9.30pm. Continental breakfast, toasted baguette, fruit, jams, was plenty to eat.”
