“The beds were comfy, the room was spacious, it was very quiet, in a perfect location and the breakfast the best ever experienced in any Hotel visited by us.”
“Bed very comfy with good quality linen. Staff very helpful. There was an issue with my shower (interrupted flow/low pressure), I reported it and it was sorted by the next morning. Also my towels had been taken from my room and not replaced. The housekeeping staff provided me with more towels and a written apology and some chocolates. I think that the mark of good service is the speed and manner in which a problem is dealt with.”
