“Bed was fantastic very comfortable lovely duvet nice and thick , which was a good thing as the room was cold , hotel provided a small portable heater which was better but heating system we couldn’t get to stay on turned off after 20mins also draft from window so did get very cold”

“The room was very spacious and beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with an amazing all you can eat buffet. The croissants were the nicest I've ever eaten in a hotel. The staff in the breakfast room were especially pleasant. The man who booked our group in on reception was lovely, but a couple of the receptionists could have smiled a bit more!”
