“Bed was comfy but pillows too soft, free wifi not fit for Netflix so had to pay more, thought booking inc breakfast, didn't, so more cost and in my opinion not worth it. Soup was not nice and I couldn't eat it but staff wouldn't remove from the bill. No wine glasses! All in all, I wasn't very impressed. Unlikely to go back.”
