I stay on the 8th floor so the air is fresh and cool enough in the morning to turn the air-con off and open the window to feel it. For travelers with cars , the location is great as you can avoid the traffic at Nimman but close enough to go there and the Parking space is good.”

“Budget option close to the airport with big rooms in polished cement finish loft style.ok for a stopover on route to the airport or on travels. Although close to a large shopping mall and some decent restaurants this is definitely NOT a location for a tourist trip to Chaing Mai. It is very far from any tourist attractions and too far to consider taxi options etc”
