“This year we arrived to hotel between winter and summer seasons and find out during this period Poiana Brasov is almost empty. We were surprised that hotel was opened and hosted us b/s we were the only family lived in the whole hotel. We were impressed when restaurant was working every morning only for us and room was cleaned every day. Separate thanks to guy on reception, we disturbed him a lot when need to warm meal for baby.”

“The staff were very friendly and nothing we requested was a problem for them, for example we contacted the hotel prior to arrival to arrange all family being in one room, as booking.com had suggested two rooms - the hotel promptly responded to confirm this was possible, they also directed us to all the necessary locations i.e. Skiing area and restaurants and, prior to departing, they organised our taxi - the taxi driver was a friend of the hotel and was very polite and friendly on the drive and even recommended stopping to take some photos at a scenic spot, all for half of the money we spent getting to the hotel). I recommend this place for your stay!”
“Good location, 5-10 minutes by car from the hotel to the ski slope. Easy to get there and to find an available parking space at the hotel - although the location is not accurate on the site. Diverse breakfast.”
