- Please note the use of swimming cap, slippers and bathrobe is mandatory when accessing the Spa, indoor pool and wellness centre.<br><br>Please note that the Spa facilities including indoor hydrotherapy pool, sauna, Turkish bath and fitness centre have limited schedules. For further information, please contact the property via the Special Requests box when booking, or directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.<br><br>Please note that Promar Pizzeria is closed from the 1st October 2017 to the 15th June 2018.<br><br>Guests must inform the property if arriving after the scheduled check-in day. If no contact is made by the guests until 12:00 the day after, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be made.<br><br>Please note that Half Board option is not available on the 31st December.<br><br>Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in and must belong to one of the room's guests.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
