“1.Rooms. they are very spacious, with comfortable beds, excellent city view and cleanliness. 2. Location. Although it's not located in the very central part of city, neighborhood is very silent at night, so it's more advantage than disadvantage i would say. Shuttles are available so there's no problem to get to central places. 3.Spa and aqua. Aquapark and huge spa areas are worth special mentioning. Clean and big pools, excellent staff. 4.Restaurant. breakfasts are very good, attentive personnel, delicious fresh meals, cozy atmosphere makes it very pleasant. 5.Personnel. All staff starting from reception to the waiters surprised us with welcoming mood, high professional attention and multilingual skills. Customer care in this hotel is organized at the highest level of course.”
“The hotel and room was specious and clean. All need at the hotel is available. The only thing was annoying is the WIFI network. It is very poor on the room. But thus is not a big issue. For sure I will recommend to every body who visit Baku”
“Facilities were great. The outdoor pools were wonderful especially in the high temperatures we had. The hotel also had a good breeze as it was higher up than the centre. The hotel shuttle service to the centre meant the fact it was 10 minutes drive out didnt matter at all.”
