The staff helped us negotiate with the cab driver as well as gave as a longer check out time, in additional to be hospitable. The hotel is also very clean and smells really nice. “The territory of the hotel is big, green and beautiful! I loved it! Everything looked clean and well-maintained. There are two playgrounds: one very close to the hotel, and one further. To be honest, the equipment needs renovation, it's become old. The indoor pool is also good, but it's only for adults. The outdoor pool has kids area. There's also a kids club with a very nice lady looking after kids. The breakfast has a good variety of food, desserts. Everything is yummy. The staff is kind and helpful. The wi-fi connection is excellent - we used 3 devices at the same time and internet was flying.”
“Although I spent only one night in Qabala I liked the hotel... The breakfast was great and has many varieties. The room was clean and had a nice view on the hotel garden and the mountains around. The staff was friendly and helpful (specially the hotel taxi driver who was so kind to offer help and info about the city). The hotel restaurant serves great meal for reasonable prices. The reception make money exchange for me for almost the same prices at banks.”
