“The hotel was clean, well maintained and furnished with modern furniture. The room was bright with simple decoration and even better than the pictures on the internet! The bathroom was fresh, light and pleasing with a wonderful shower. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The car park is accessible to hotel customers only and is free. Don't understand why one reviewer thought it was of motel standard, I'm quite fussy about where I stay - it has to look right, smell right, feel right and be in a good location and this hotel excelled in all. Very pleased with our stay.”

“A lovely hotel in a great location, right in the town centre, but tucked away and nice and quiet. just a short walk to all the town centre attractions. Plenty of free secure parking. A spacious comfortable room, spotlessly clean, with kettle and mini bar. We would like to have been able to stay a bit longer!”
