“The fellow who worked the breakfast was keeping food dishes filled, he kept all seating area clean and he was very kind and aware of customers needs and wants. He was a plus for the hotel. We reported a broken chair that was in our room when we arrived to the front desk and when we checked out, they took $10 off our room. I told them we didn't want the discount, that we did not report the broken chair to receive a discount. But they insisted on it. Great staff over all.”
