“We needed a ground floor room and we were given that but when booking and asking for a ground floor room it was difficult to make sure we would be able to have that accommodation Before we locked in our reservation”

“The breakfast at the hotel was really tasty--nice to have not soggy scrambled eggs and they did have quite a few food choices. My kids loved that there was hot chocolate available in the evening. It was also well located for getting to restaurants and to Mt Rushmore.”

“Breakfast was great, location is beautiful and quiet, even during Sturgis. This isn't the fanciest hotel, but it's clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beds are on the firm side, but the pillows were great. Showers were always hot. Extremely conventient location to Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse, and not too far from Sturgis either, about 45min. I would stay here again for sure.”

“We came in late after viewing Mount Rushmore and there was not a parking spot. The night manager, Danielle, quickly volunteered to moved her car so we could park. Great service. Everything was as expected with a very nice clean room. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options. The staff was working very hard to keep items stocked and tidy. My interactions with staff was A+.”
