“Pleasnt experience from begining to end. Actually far better than first look at building would suggest. Sort of uninviting appearances when driving up to it. A rather plain building on a flat . uninteresting wind blown plain. Nothing striking about anything but over 2 days just continuous pleanant experience became very wecome. We probably will go a bit out of our way to return”
“The bed was the most comfortable of the 5 hotels we stayed at that week (including the $300/night Hilton Garden Inn in Chicago)! All of the charging ports and outlets on the bedside lamp worked (which, again, I cannot say the same for the Hilton!)- which is important when you have 3 people with 4 devices to charge. The bathroom was clean & modern, the room was updated and, although the new paint job on the walls near the ceilings was sloppy, it was fresh & clean with a modern feel. The entry to the hotel was stunning with high ceiling & beautiful chandelier. The breakfast area was comfortable, clean and inviting. The front desk staff both at check in and check out was outstanding. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Litchfield upon future visits!”
