“Booking.com did not convey that I needed an accessible room. We arrived after midnight. They held the rooms, but they were on 2nd floor. Mother(90) uses a walker. Nothing else available so everything was carried up by front desk clerk. Mother could hardly handle stairs. I use a cane as well. Very Disappointed in your service booking.com. Never Again ok? It was freezing that night and was a miserable and frightening time.Accessible means cannot walk well or sometimes not at all. That needs to be stated on the reservation,duh. No stairs, it was insane. The employees did the best they could given the lousy information you conveyed.”
