“All of the facilities were good. We can enjoy nice sleep at room. The gentleman at front desk is very helpful. When we met difficulties on delivering packages, traffic problems, he would try his best to offer assistance to us. During the business trip we have to leave several days and come back to the hotel. They kept the luggages for us. All the service was so nice. I would like to recommand this hotel to all my friends. Thanks again to the gentleman and to QualityInn San Jose！”

“Walking distance to supermarket with tacos and beer. GREAT BREAKFAST, you can make your own WAFFLES - I mean hot and yummy waffle for your breakfast!? Can't say no to $135 a night stay on Friday night, Saturday morning. Great street view from 3rd floor. Room was great, Coffee maker was easy to use and no problem. Tissues, enough towels, toilet papers, all prepared. Over all it was great stay! The customer service and humor of front desk was a plus after a experience "inn" across the street.”
