“The clerk at check -in (perhaps he was the manager) was particularly helpful. And not just for us; I observed him helping others as well. I gave him a tip for his assistance (I seldom tip the clerk at the front desk but this fellow was exceptional). Specifically, we drove all night and arrived at this facility around 11:30 am, well before the official check-in time. He allowed us to nap in the lobby for a short time and got us a room as soon as one was cleaned and available, around noon.”
