I never eat waffles at home, but particularly enjoy when the hotel breakfast bars include a "cook it yourself" waffle iron. The buffet is generous for a hotel of this nature, with eggs, sausages, breads, fruits, yoghurt and more on offer. Coffee was good and abundant. Great way to start the day.”
