“We were pleasantly surprised at the excellent appearance and cleanliness of this property! The lobby floor was freshly washed, the hallways clean, our room was very comfortable and spotless. The night manager went out of her way to assist us in settling in and making us feel welcome. Everything was perfect! Please note: We had stopped staying at Quality Inns along our route to FL due to the general decline in the cleanliness of these properties over the past few years. We will stop here again. Hopefully this property can set the standard for your chain.”
