“I am disabled. I requested a first floor at booking, I even called them. Arrived to only rooms on the second floor, and NO elevator, which meant it took me 30 mins to get up the stairs, and my husband had to haul all of the suitcases up this incredible flight of steps. I again requested 1st floor and girl was very flippant with me. We did it, but then the tv would not work and it was screwed into the wood so you could not even slightly make it to one side. In the morning, the manager apologized to me and gave us $15 off. Woo. Never. Again. The room was also not so clean and the bathroom had chunks of sheet rock fallen off the ceiling. We refused to use the shower there. It did not look clean enough.”
