“This is a lovely hotel just outside the old city. It's a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. If you are driving in this is a good option - just use the parking garage, not part of the hotel but a few steps from the front entrance. Very well run, professional, friendly staff.”

“The location was excellent by the old walls and there was public parking right next to it. There is an ice rink outside the hotel too. When we checked in they didn't have the room I had booked and said that Booking.com had given incorrect information. It was New Years Eve and they were fully booked so we had to pack into a smaller room which was very disappointing. The person checking us in (I can't remember his name) did everything he could to make up for it including adding breakfast to our booking, and the next day as soon as it was available moved us to a wonderful room. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and had lovely meals - Francois was great. The staff were very friendly and I would definitely stay there again.”
