“The Staff were above excellent, we had requested a Fridge the room had no fridge, a call to reception and we were moved to apartment next door which had a fridge. When I booked it said Pet friendly, I selected the option for a reduced price for no refund if I cancelled. After booking at 64€ I decided to phone the Hotel then I was told Dogs were not allowed in the Hotel only apartments I could not cancel if I did I would lose the 64€ so I had to pay 110€ instead. I took 2 dogs and the receptionist handed me 2 towels I asked what they were for she said for the dogs. It actually was very nice just thought it should have been clearer that Dogs only in apartments.”
