It is a comfortable place with possibilities to do some activities (biking, surfing classes ...) in a very nice, cosy and welcoming ambiance. It was really for us the best place on our trip and we felt like at home....”

“This was a surprising find. We were there only one night but we're very impressed by its facilities. Almost brand new, it now caters to surfers but is very upscale (at least in our opinion). Beautiful place, with gardens, outdoor swimming pool, bar. Surfing rentals and lessons. Beach is a drive away, perhaps they include a shuttle, don't know. Food was great. Casual but perfect. Neat design and decor features.very friendly. Speak English as well.”

“My first impression was it very much lacked character and didn't have the appeal of all the other hotels we stayed in during our road trip. After saying that it was perfectly functional but lacked lustre for a three night stop over. The sports facilities on offer were good including the pool which was popular. Our room and bed were comfortable and each room had a small terrace with a couple of chairs and a table. The air-conditioning was such a bonus as the weather had tipped the low 30's. Breakfast was very adequate and fresh but limited choices compared to other experiences we encountered on our travels.The hotel is only two years old therefore it has no signs of wear and tear which is good . If we came to this area of Portugal again on a business trip or corporate event it would be perfect. However, if you have a little romance in your soul maybe this hotel is not for you.”

“Nice swimming pool, extremely cozy and confortable rooms, staff is very kind and always helpful, a reasonable breakfast; summing up, everything you need for a relax and amazing time. Coimbra, Figueira da Foz and Montemor are easily accesible by car.”

“The rooms are in a modern building within the grounds of the older quinta and are quite basic but comfortable, easily accessible, with en suite shower room which is clean and spacious. The grounds of the quinta are very well maintained and great for relaxing, with a beautiful pool area and poolside bar for snacks and refreshments and sports faciliities also available. The location is close to the village which has a further selection of restaurants, cafés and pastelarias while Figueira da Foz is only 12km away, with all the facilities of a large seaside resort. Best of all are the staff who are always available, very friendly and helpful.”
