“The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and equipped, the bed and pillows were supremely comfortable, the Cuckoo's nest superbly designed with excellent ambient lighting. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast buffet was unsurpassable. The hotel had a great setting and we liked taking the ferry. All in all a wonderful stay thank you.”

“Breakfast were great (we're vegan and they had a special freefrom allergies corner where they had dairy free yoghurt etc which was brilliant). The sauna and spa are great. The hotel is really easy to get to via a free boat from the main town (on the other side of the river). This runs from monday to friday I think so you'd have to take a bus at the weekend, or maybe pay for a boat if they run (I don't know we stayed mid week) but the public transport system in Gothenburg is brilliant so no need to worry there.”
