“By 9:00 am the breakfast many items were missing from the buffet. Also pool which was indoor smelled heavily from chlorine. Nois on the north side of building from freeway was very noticeable. Charging my account for the entire 9 days on my first day when checking in was not consistent with other bookings I had which charged me at checkout. They forgot to clean my Romo two days out of 9 and when they did clean it was just average. Once they enter d my room without knocking.”
