“The staff are all excellent and go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. This is the only hotel where the staff took the initiative to explain the breakdown of the bill and taxes without being prompted. All above board - excellent service with a smile. It is a great location and you can get a taxi for 20 AED and under to all top attractions. The room is super comfy, clean and has a fresh decor. The bed is comfortable with a range of pillow options, there is a weighing scale, kettle, range of teas and coffees, iron and ironing board as well as 2 bottles of complimentary water available in the room. If i ever needed anything the staff are more than willing to help and always make sure i am happy”

“the staff are so friendly and accommodating, from the valet parking, to the staff who opened the door, the staff in the coffee shop are all so friendly, in the reception desk we were very much taken cared of and even in the pool area everybody has smiles on their faces. The thai massage and spa is really a nice one, we had time to relax. I enjoyed our meeting in the kareem restaurant, and our lunch in the lemon resto. The food taste great and served fresh. I like the colors of the bathroom so simple and relaxing atmosphere.”
