“What a wonderful experience! From a management point of view, that is.... This is a perfect example of what happens when good people are ignored long enough to stop caring altogether. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and did his best to help me. The place was clean, but that is about all I can say. The decor looks like it was updated end of last century. Breakfast was acceptable, but the entire place lacked atmosphere.”
