“The hotel is very well located, near the main attractions of the city and near the Mall. The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. Large rooms, larger than expected actually for a 3 star hotel, very very clean, the towels looked like new, everything was spotless. Wi-fi is actually working perfect, the air-conditioning the same. The breakfast was not one of many choices, but for sure it can accommodate all tastes: continental breakfast, hot dishes, fruits, American breakfast. I don't know why is only a 3 star hotel as I've seen 4 stars hotel offering poorer quality stay. The bar and restaurant are conviently located and there is no noise in the room during the evening.”
“The hotel is well positioned next to the Palace of Culture. Friendly staff, spacious room, bathroom equipped with everything you need, air conditioning works perfectly. Even though it has 3 stars, I had the impression that what it gave me was 5 stars.”
“Excellent location, the hotel is placed in a safe area, next to Palas Mall where you can find many shops, restaurants, cafes, and the city center. No need of taxi, or bus as you can go everywhere very quickly and easy by foot. The staff were all kind,friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable with free wi-fi (that was working).”
