“Room was dirty cobwebs on the ceiling, very wrinkled bedskirts, notoilet paper on first night, third day nothing was cleaned, crumbs onthe table, dirty towels and washcloths still in bathroom, no clean ones,ice bucket was not emptied all 3 days I was there, I did it myself. Nota secure hotel which was one of the reasons I stayed here, never anyoneat the front desk and side door was always open , did not shut tight,anyone could come and go. I would never stay here again. Breakfast wasawful, milk was room temperature, sweet rolls were very dry and theytook everything away promptly at 10:00 not a minute later. Awfulexperience, never had a hotel like this. Never never again !!!!!”
“Staff was great, breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean without a strong smell of cleaning chemicals. Bed bug protectors on the mattresses were a plus. The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and temperature was perfect. Loved everything!”
